Research for fabrication and antibacterial properties of hybrid nanoparticles Ag-MnFe2O4

چکیده
The hybrid nanoparticles Ag-MnFe2O4 was successfully fabricated by the seed-growth method and thermal decomposition method. shape size of these were evaluated Transmission electron microscopes (TEM) images showing that are quite uniform have a diameter about 20 nm. UV-Vis spectrum shows in wavelength region from 300 to 800 nm, ferrite manganese nanoparticle does not appear an absorption peak, while silver characteristic surface plasmon resonance (LSPR) peak with peaks between 400 420 Research results show coated PMAO (MFA10-PMAO) has ability inhibit both Escherichia coli bacteria-intestinal bacilli Staphylococcus aureus bacteria. In which, antibacterial E. is stronger than S. aureus, zone cases 21.5 16 mm, respectively. addition, MFA10-PMAO also showed easy recovery after treatment, which favorable for reuse.
